Fast delivery and nice experience
I bought the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max and they processed it extremely fast. I got the phone to Spain in a week (more or less). The phone is great and they are trustworthy. I will definitely buy again from this website.

G2 Ultra lens and case for Vivo X300ultra
I ordered G2 Ultra lens and case for Vivo x300Ultra to Germany.
It took a bit longer than expected but as advertised no extra fees at all.
The case I got was wrong, and after contacting support they quickly resolve my problem by sending a new case from their EU warehouse and I got it in 2-3days.
To my surprise they also included the handle grip with my case (valuable gift)
So overall great experience with Trading Shenzhen.

Very great at processing refunds if you make a mistake.
I ordered the Chinese version of the OnePlus 15 without checking the band compatibility with my area. Had to cancel my order 24 hours later and they were very fast and professional in processing the refund (less than 2 hours wait from requesting the refund).

I bought a Xiaomi 15 here, and I can only say that the store is phenomenal. The phone is perfect, and I want to thank the seller for doing me a favor regarding the firmware, which I mentioned in the order note.

This company is legit and gets stuff out quick with good prices. Just don't expect any help after you buy something, they'll shut you down with really unhelpful responses.
Basically after the payment, you get your item then that's it, no after-sale service nor warrenty.

Sorry to hear that, but you bought a locked Oneplsu 15 with Oxygen OS and now, as Oneplus is not selling anymore in Europe, you want to unlock it and flash Color OS. This is what you mean with we are not giving after sale service. SORRY, but it isn't possible and is useless, as Oxygen OS will get updated still in the future. We are not shutting down, but it isn't recommended. Warranty is still 1 year, we never said something different.

Very happy with my new phone
I purchased an Oppo Find X9 Ultra from Trading Shenzen in June 2026.
I have had the phone 2 months now and delighted with it.
Shipping took a while, but that was already stated when I ordered, so no problem there. Communication was very good throughout though and I received regular tracking updates.
The phone itself is excellent, and the best phone I have ever had. Arrived in perfect brand new condition as expected. I bought the Chinese version, but was able to transition over to use in the UK, where it is working perfectly, having removed most of the Chinese features and installed all Google/ Western apps.
Price was excellent as well, best price I found anywhere by some way.
Very happy with this purchase and will buy from this website again!

Incredible experience
I bought a Vivo x300 Ultra. Price was the lowest in the world by about 7%.
Delivery was cheapest in the world(4x cheaper than some competitors)
The advertised delivery time(8000 km away) was 30 days. It got here in 8 days.

Order cancelled
The website states it takes 3 - 5 days for the order to be processed before they send the product out for delivery. It's been 7 days now and the order is still being processed, so for now I'm giving them 1 star, but I will update it once and if the product arrives.
From the beginning I'm unsatisfied because they aren't fullfilling their described deadlines.
Edit: After around 10 days of waiting they cancelled the order because the Product wasn't available? Why have it listed for sale then?

Fast process, good price, good service
The order was processed after around 4 days and shipping from China to Germany only took 5 days. On top of that the customer service answered quickly and was friendly and helpful. The price of the phone was pretty good considering it's a flagship phone (as far as I am aware). I paid more for my painfully mid phone from a different company so I was pleasantly surprised by thei prices.
