All very good but I left instructions for the parcel to be left somewhere near the house, in case we were not in, but the instruction was ignored, as we weren't in and I had to pick it up from local post office.

We pass on all instructions left by our customers to Parcelforce. In most cases these instructions are adhered to by the delivery driver. However, there are instances such as this one where the instructions may not be followed and, unfortunately, this is completely out of our control.

I have emailed them twice since receiving the item on Christmas Eve but there was no cable so been without heating, they have not had the decency to email me back, to send the item back.!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the cost and speed of delivery. The standard delivery option that you selected (£9.99) clearly states "Up to 3 days". From your comments it sounds as if we did deliver within this timeframe?
In terms of the packaging, I apologise if this was not sufficient on this occasion. We rarely experience issues with poor packaging, however, this will be passed on to the relevant department to investigate as we endeavour to package all items sufficiently to avoid any issues in transit.

Excellent experience, from initial phone call to the system being designed to the speed of delivery. I contacted quite a few companies re our plans and TUS proved to be the most competitive on price and service.
