Hello Traders Agency,
I’m writing to share feedback regarding an unprofessional interaction with 'Angelo', which reflected poorly on your team and likely cost potential business. His behavior — hanging up, failing to transfer my call as promised, and displaying a spiteful attitude — was disappointing and inconsistent with the “Gold Treatment” Ross promoted on YouTube this week.
While everyone can have an off day, Angelo’s conduct warrants review. I hope the call was recorded. Afterward, I contacted Ross’s main line and spoke with a lovely representative who took my information and assured me a senior account manager would follow up. My call with Angelo lasted less than five minutes, yet instead of focusing on Ross’s program or offering meaningful support, he fixated on being “interrupted.” I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional sales exchange.
Given this experience, my husband and I respectfully request that all future communications be handled by a qualified, professional representative from Ross’s team.
We hold Ross and his work in high regard and have followed him closely for the past month, fully intending to move forward with an annual membership (and beyond). This incident, however, left an unfortunate impression — one we trust senior leadership will promptly address and correct.
