Ross and his entire team are genuine, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, courteous, and responsive in the services they have provided and continue to provide to me. And within online presentations, interactive group trainings, and Q&A sessions, I have also seen the consistency of their actions with all members/subscribers and visiting guests. So far, they have delivered to me all they have committed to provide and more.

None of the stock recommendations have met Trader Agency's claims. If I broke even after several months of participating with TA, I'd be surprised. They continue sending me advice by email and I just delete them. They continue advertising anything from 100% growth in a matter of days to a growth of 400+%, but in following them for several months, I never saw that much gain from anything, and I followed their advice to the letter.

I have called twice and both times I was treated with understanding and kindness. Each time the gentleman that I was speaking with was very helpful and I really needed that since I am a novice trying to understand how to go about trading.

I reached out to Trade Agency with a question. They responded within 24 hours. Although they could not answer our question, they gave us suggestions on how to answer it independently.

Speedy reply and quick resolution of my issue. Very satisfied.

The person who answered my call was both pleasant and informative. She addressed my problem immediately, and within five minutes, everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

I had an issue with purchasing a program. It might have been and probably was on my end. The staff at Traders Agency got on it and sent me a solution within a day and everything worked out for the purchase. Now, its time to start making money. Thanks to the Help Desk!
