I can't praise Williams trade counter Winchester enough they are so willing to help you when its needed. Rob and Erin are a class when it comes to knowledge within this demanding industry I can't thank them and there excellent team enough for all there help over the years.

2nd towel rail replaced as faulty had to pay in full for replacement before returning broken one otherwise would have had to pay fitter twice myself once to remove and once to fit new one

Excellent service
Came to your Littlehampton store on Good Friday not realising you were closed and I was supposed to be fitting an enclosure in Ashford in Kent over the weekend. Phoned steve the manager who I have known for many years and he kindly came down and met me and opened up so I could collect it and fit it. Lifesaver and excellent customer service as normal.
