Fiona was excellent! She followed up after my initial enquiry promptly and sent over a great suggestion on colour. As soon as it was ready for delivery, she personally called me to check the best delivery slots I could do! When the flooring arrived just a few days later, it matched the rest of the house perfectly and was a dream to install- even for a pair of novices like us. You can tell it’s great quality vinyl. After being bitterly disappointed with several flooring suppliers in Newbury we found out about Unit 1 Flooring at Theale. Initially we were met by Sarah who invited us to review their flooring samples in their tidy and well stocked show area. Later we were joined by Lewis and between them they provided some superb information and were a delight to deal with. They clearly model their operation on excellent customer service and every one of our questions was answered with confidence and great knowledge. Sarah and Lewis made us feel very welcome and relaxed throughout our purchase. They certainly took their time to ensure we enjoyed the experience of buying from Unit 1 Flooring. Over the next few weeks, after we had placed the order, Sarah kept sending us updates and when the actual flooring arrived they encouraged us to visit so we could see the colour and pattern of the flooring. Unfortunately we had to wait for one item due to the manufacturer but Lewis informed us immediately once all the order had arrived. We can not thank Sarah and Lewis enough for all their help and advice. We are extremely happy with their prices and certainly know they are fair. Sarah and Lewis are superb ambassadors for their Company and we would, without any hesitation, recommend Unit 1 Flooring to all our family, friends and acquaintances.
