The most beautiful, premium items. I adore this brand! Everything from the customer service to the delivery and packaging, everything is spot on (i dont think ive ever received a delivery packaged so well!!!). Ive got both lanterns and island stools from them now and the quality really is incredible. Nowhere else on the high street compares to them! Their products are built to last. 10/10 as always! ZaZa homes were amazing quick deliver the stools are perfect and so comfortable get lots of comments on the style and how comfy they are .. the perfect height for a kitchen island.

I came across Zaza Homes' website a few months ago because I was looking for stools for my new kitchen. I bought the wicker kitchen chair in Natural because of the design. And it was exactly as described. I was so impressed with how sturdy and well built the chair was that I contacted them this week to buy another. Lainey couldn't have been more helpful - from organising my order, providing a price reduction, colour matching and delivering within a couple of days.

From order to delivery Za Za Homes were fabulous. There was only 2 days from order to delivery of 4 stools to the Scottish Highlands, amazing. Excellent! I cannot recommend this company enough. I have been shopping at Zazahomes for years and the quality is outstanding. The products not only are really expensive looking and finish off a room perfectly, the price of the items are also exceptional. The Provence bench I recently purchased is just over £150 for the large when you sign up for your first order. Half the price what I thought it would be .

We bought a set of four wicker bar stools for our kitchen. They looked great on the website and even better in real life. Shipping was fast to Northern Ireland, which isn't always the case. The stools are great quality and fit our kitchen perfectly.

When we did raise an issue with one of the stools - some broken wicker - the service could not have been better. Friendly, clear and frequent communication, and the issue resolved smoothly and with no fuss.

Ordered the new Lyon bar stools and was so impressed with communication, the very fast delivery and the incredibly high quality of the stools, no assembly needed, just solid, beautiful stools! They get complimented all the time too- couldn’t rate any higher!

I have been very happy with my Za Za experience. I spoke with Zara re purchasing a large bedhead and she was extremely flexible re finding a mutually convenient delivery date and time and in fact delivered it herself. There was a communication error with a smaller item - largely because I bypassed the standard process - and once again this was dealt with personally by Zara and sorted immediately. Excellent customer service!!
