While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

My bet win but settled is loose

Review text:
I placed a bet on ATP Winston-Salem 2025 – Quarter 2 Winner: Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard (Bet ID: bcee4cf8-400e-4500-b921-2e7daa36916b).
According to the official ATP results, Perricard won the match against Medjedovic and advanced to the semi-final.
However, Holiganbet settled my bet as a loss, claiming that Botic van de Zandschulp was the winner – which is completely incorrect, because he was in a different quarter-final.

For comparison, I placed the same bet on Stake.com (also Curaçao licensed) and they correctly settled it as a win. This shows the mistake is only on Holiganbet’s side.

I contacted support several times, but they ignored my complaint. I have reported this case to the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Players should be aware: Holiganbet can mis-settle winning bets and refuse to correct them.

Holiganbet allowed unauthorized activity without KYC, then froze my funds

Review:
A relative created an account on Holiganbet using my information, without my knowledge. They were able to deposit and withdraw large amounts of money, and gamble extensively, all without any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

When I discovered this situation and contacted Holiganbet, their support team claimed that the responsibility was mine and refused to help.

However, according to the license rules stated on Holiganbet’s own website and their alleged licensing provider, KYC verification must be completed before any financial transactions are permitted.

After I told them I would file a complaint to their licensing authority, they pressured me to complete the KYC process and waive all previous activity, even though the transactions had already occurred illegally.

Then they froze the remaining balance in my account (around 10,000 TRY), and finally cut off all communication, including the live support chat.

Right now, they are still allowing deposits, but withdrawals are disabled — this is clearly a trap.

I have filed a formal complaint to their licensing body, and I’m also reporting them to international consumer protection platforms.

Holiganbet has shown no intention to resolve the issue. I strongly warn others:
This site is not trustworthy and operates in a fraudulent and manipulative way.
