I am submitting this complaint to warn the global gambling community about Avrupabet. My username is bytorin.
Over the last two months, I have deposited approximately 300,000 TRY (approx. 8,500 EUR) into this casino. I have strong evidence and reason to believe that the games provided by this operator are manipulated/rigged, as the outcomes consistently defy the laws of probability and fair play.
More importantly, after suffering these massive losses, the casino has completely cut off communication. For 60 days, I have tried to reach their support team via live chat and email, but I am being intentionally ignored. There is no "Responsible Gambling" support, no dispute resolution, and no accountability.
As a player, I feel defrauded. I demand a full audit of my account history and a refund of my deposits due to the lack of transparency and the suspicious nature of the game results.
I urge AskGamblers to investigate this operator and warn other players before they lose their savings to this non-responsive and suspicious platform.
Evidence: I have kept all deposit receipts and screenshots of my ignored messages, which I can provide to the AskGamblers team upon request.
