Purchased the Sew Amazing sewing machine for my granddaughter, for Christmas. Was good until we came to use the bobbin winder. The switch at the back snapped off. I emailed Toyrific, who replied promptly. I sent off photos of the problem & received a full refund.

I placed an order for a activity tray approx 3 weeks ago. I received multiple emails saying they would be attempting to deliver over a course of days by dx I emailed them to say this and just to cancel it as i was fed up it saying it was going to delivered giving me times but said to late to cancel so just thought will leave it to deliver but then I received a delivery notification saying they had delivered it not to me but back to their address not mine! Luckily I have contacted my bank to get money bank but will never be placing an order with this company again absolute shambles
