There is something wrong with the chat,because I was hoping to have car insurance but the web site chat,1,I was misled and 2nd it said I want tow bar cover when I did not.
Now I have to pay £30 to cancel
And lastly the date to start was wrong.

I’m happy with the insurance, but do find the price a little high. I asked the customer service lady if there was any way to reduce the quote, but couldn’t help, last year the gentleman reduced the previous quote.
I just wished the lady could’ve done the same.

I changed my car and went online to update my insurance. I clicked “change car,” entered all the details, and the system threw an error telling me to call instead. I phoned and went through a long, drawn‑out process to reach someone. They said it would cost £20 to make the change over the phone. I explained the digital portal error, and they told me the fee wouldn’t apply if I provided a screenshot.

So I repeated the online process, got the screenshot, called back, went through the same hoops again, only to be told the £20 fee still applies because it’s a brand‑new car. I was told it was my fault for not reading the small print, even though neither the online system nor the first advisor mentioned anything about new cars being treated differently.

In total, I wasted about an hour, got increasingly frustrated, and still ended up £20 out of pocket. It’s been a poor experience, and I won’t be renewing or recommending them. It’s also the second time the digital portal has failed me — it feels like a colossal waste of time.

Very complicated to follow but managed in the end

So easy to do. No fuss.

Offered the cheapest quote which I have accepted. Toyota is a worldwide quality brand which has great appeal.
