Good service
We had some Lego that we didn't want anymore so boxed it up and sent it off. Was quick and easy and we received the full amount that was quoted. It was a good service from free postage, being able to track it and recieving the money quickly.

Recent experience
The instructions were available on the website.I weighed and download the shipping information within hours.I rated 4 as I had an issue with it when it came to approving changes and had to send a couple of emails to get that actioned as the telephone provided didn't seem to work.

Quick turnaround of payment on receipt but frustrating that I could not send a smaller parcel in addition as I could not fit it all in one box and there was no way to send a further 3kg
