Second FAULTY pair of DR Martens
I am on my second pair of DR Marten sandals at £100 a pair.
First pair the strap snapped while i was out and had to buy a pair of shoes to replace them. Second pair the rubber sole has split through the middle. Broken beyond repair the company are not interested in the "fault" and run with the Warranty has expired line. I have reached out to them and they are not interested.

This company is very disappointing…
This company is very disappointing ,when it’s come to refunding your money. I bought a pair of shoes which didn’t fix my son, I returned items they confirmed that they got the return item back, only by me calling them. They told me I have to wait 14 days. 14 days came and I still haven’t received my refund. I am not buying anything from this website and I wouldn’t recommend anyone either.

Excellent pair of DMs
Excellent pair of DMs, very soft leather, usually takes months to wear Doc's in but this pair has given me absolutely no problems at all. Fantastic price, lovely cherry red in colour and arrived quickly. So impressed with them I immediately ordered a black pair as well!!!

Company easy to get in contact with. Representative Joseph very helpful in respect of failed pressure cooker. Took a bit longer than hoped for to get replacement organised but totally my fault. I had registration certificate for 10 year warranty but no Amazon receipt. I bought it on old cancelled Amazon account but Amazon helped out and new cooker is now in its way. All in all, excellent pressure cooker and excellent service from Joseph at Tower.
