Returned my shoes because they was too big 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund which I find very disappointing since they say in their policy it’s up to 14 days! Feel like I’ve been scammed to be honest,

Very poor. Shoes split after 2 months, the returns procedure was way to time intensive - clearly a way of avoiding the refund.

Second FAULTY pair of DR Martens
I am on my second pair of DR Marten sandals at £100 a pair.
First pair the strap snapped while i was out and had to buy a pair of shoes to replace them. Second pair the rubber sole has split through the middle. Broken beyond repair the company are not interested in the "fault" and run with the Warranty has expired line. I have reached out to them and they are not interested.

This company is very disappointing…
This company is very disappointing ,when it’s come to refunding your money. I bought a pair of shoes which didn’t fix my son, I returned items they confirmed that they got the return item back, only by me calling them. They told me I have to wait 14 days. 14 days came and I still haven’t received my refund. I am not buying anything from this website and I wouldn’t recommend anyone either.
