Enjoyable 3 days in Amsterdam
We arrived in Amsterdam without much planned. We sat down in a pub and used Tours and Tickets to map out our 3 day stay. Very easy and effective to use their site from our phones.

Best experience ever
Best experience ever. The bus driver and tourist guides speak fluent English, French, Spanish and obviously Dutch. Very nice, funny, amusing and comfortable experience. You won't regret it.

Smooth process
Buying ticket from Tours & Tickets was easy and smooth. There were a lot of different payment methods to choose from. I did pay with Paypal. It was very quick.
The tour itself was good. The destination was interesting. The tour guide was nice and respectful. Also very knowledgable. It was overall a good experience. Highly recommended!

The Keukenhof trip was fantastic, but marred by the cancelled trip to the Floriade, however, our disappointment was somewhat restored by the inpromptu canal boat trip.
We had a great experience to Keukenhof. However, our next day was to go to the Floriade with Tours and Tickets which was unexpectedly cancelled without any explanation. Upon speaking to the sales team, the numbers for the trip did not satisfy the minimum and the alternative dates offered were not possible within our short stay. This was very disappointing!
We chose to manage arrangements ourselves and in fact, I can say that going to Almere by train, a short walk to the lake and ferry to the Floriade could not have been easier - this gave us the control to manage the amount of time spent there. The Floriade was amazing to see the various worldwide gardening exhibitions, sculptures & buildings and we visited from 11-18:30 which was much longer than if we had used Tours & Tickets. Also, we saved money doing it this way!
Whilst in the office enquiring about the Floriade cancellation, we booked an open top boat trip with Tours and Tickets and visited some of the canal network. This was a good trip accompanied by interesting commentary through the earphones and also from the pilot. The weather was exceptional which showed Amsterdam in its true glory. This gave us an idea of where to re-visit on foot for the remaining part of our stay.
