Easy to get but they didn’t get around to my query until after the event!

Did not receive the tickets by mail. Glad I downloaded them from the website. No receipt either. This needs to be improved! Payment was done with paypal.

I liked the Countryside and Windmills tour from Amsterdam. I purchased the All In Tour, I went there last June 5,2022. The bad part is the time spent in the Zaanse Schans is too limited. There is no time to look in the souvenir shop. The tour guides do not orient tourists of where the WC are and how to pay for it. I experienced a sort of humiliation when Sylvia accused me of occupying a seat that is not mine at the last row of the 1st floor of the bus. Its a good thing the other female tourist validated that it is indeed my original seat from the very beginning. What I don't like is she is so adamant to insist that it was not my seat (NO, THAT'S NOT YOUR SEAT!!! (with strong voice) , well in fact, she I think is not sure and that made me feel stupid. But behind this experience, I liked it.

Amazing tour of the windmills countryside with boat to Marken. Highly recommended

We booked our tickets the day before the visit a few clicks and we saved a couple of euros because we are staying a nice hotel in Amsterdam 😀

Best choice for tours and activities in Netherlands

Just awesome! Our guide Koan was so engaged and knowledgeable. Was great to hear about local places and the history and details that I hadn’t noticed. Saw quite a few areas I had missed. I was pouring with rain but we all showed up! Thank you :)

Very good and quick service online

The tour itself was fine, Giethoorn was lovely, and my wife and I had a terrific time on a very relaxing boat tour, followed by a peaceful walk around the village.

My complaints are with the logistics behind the tour and the way that information is communicated. Firstly, we purchased tickets in advance online, and only when we picked up the tickets a few minutes before departure did we see there was a check-in time 30 minutes ahead of departure. Imagine arriving to work 5 minutes ahead of time, only to learn you had to be there 30 minutes ahead of time, but no one bothered to tell you.

Next, we were told we could not bring our coffee on board. We've done a tour or two in our lives, and after a long two weeks of travelling, grabbing a coffee on the way allows us to get as much sleep as we can. But our coffees could cause a spill!

This would be reasonable if we weren't then told that bottled water was available for sale for 1 euro each. Certainly below the going rate around here, but I already had a drink. That's okay though, our seat partner spilled her tour-supplied water immediately on opening, so there was plenty to drink.

Next, we were told as a group not to eat on board because of the diverse cultural makeup of the group. As someone who works (and eats) with a group of diverse cultural backgrounds, I found this reasoning to be quite thin.

All that aside, a ban on food on the bus might be reasonable if it was communicated in advance at all. Nothing on the trip details, nothing on the FAQ, etc. In fact, the FAQ specifically states no food on cruises, but this is not the case for excusions.

And on the subject of the FAQ, it also states that toilets are available on the bus on trips over 8 hours. Our trip went from 10am until 7pm, which is 9 hours. When I asked the driver, he told me the bus washroom is only open if we drive for 2 hours without a break. Luckily for us, we drove 1 hour and 40 minutes with a break at a pay toilet.

Lastly, I found our guide, Oxanna (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) to be bit condescending. We are not children, and she is not our teacher, nor is she our mother, so I don't expect to be treated as such. This was a 3 star review until she felt it appropriate to publicly shame a couple (not us) that was maybe 5 minutes late to meet the bus. And then again at the end of the trip.

Go to Giethoorn, but go with someone else.

Nico was our tour guide, he was absolutely incredible! It was a fantastic tour, we got to see many places. Highly recommend this fabulous tour to everyone.

Spoke to a very helpful Lady in the branch by Amsterdams Van Gough museum. We had booked a cruise tour for the wrong day and she helped us to get a refund and rebook for when we wanted. Very understanding and great customer service. Would definitely book with her again! 😁

I took a tour called “Windmills & Countryside They”. After the first stop in the Zaanse Schans, we stopped in the city of Volendam for the second spot of the trip. After the Cheese Factory presentation we were given free time to have lunch and visit the area; the meeting time was 12.40 and my mother and I were 3 minutes late (so 12.43). My mother saw one of the group guides running and made him a sign and he made it back. He was gone in a second and NOBODY waited for us after that we PAID 90 EUROS for the tour. We tried to find the buss, even if we should have been on a ferry boat for the third part of the tour, but it was ALREADY GONE. We have been LEFT ALONE and we LOST the rest of the trip. It is deeply DEPLORABLE to leave people alone in a strange country without any idea of how to go back to Amsterdam and without any contact of emergency. It is so DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL, we will never buy anything this company again. After an email of complain I was offered a 1 hour canal tour.

Really enjoyed, and learnt lots of interesting facts about the city.
Canal cruise was lovely and gentle, and a way to see the city of Amsterdam from a different perspective.
Competitively priced. Highly recommend.

A nice trip and a very good and funny guide. Could not give 5 stars because when we was checking in the lady gave us the wrong band for the trip. We have paid for all but she gave us a red band. The guide help us out so we have no trouble after. Thanks for a nice experience.
