Quick and efficient service

Shameeg really helped me today with resolving a longstanding problem with invoices being emailed to people who have left the business. All sorted in 5 minutes. Thank you!

Problem solved

After months of emails and phone calls to TE regarding arrears and having no explanation we decided to make a formal complaint. The following day we received a call from Laura Monsellato, Customer Complaints, who very pleasantly and diligently regularly called and emailed us until finally everything was clarified. We are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Laura.
