Typing our conversation to each other provided clarity

Typing our conversation to each other avoided any difficult in voice accents. it let me read my response before sending it, to ensure what i said made sense. The response were quite quick and totally made sense. the person who answered all my queries was named Qyaam Clark

Great customer support

I was contacting Total for our churc's annual energy usage. The website was undergoing upgrades so chatted to Shameeg, who was very helpful and quickly provided all the information. Great service!

Qyaam - Super helpful

Qyaam was incredibly helpful. They helped me confirm account details ensuring a change of ownership was actioned, provided me with the most recent bills, the statement of accounts & helped me updating the contact details so future bills were correctly received. Their help has been greatly appreciated
