I have used Total Clean for over 20 years. Carlos and team are reliable, friendly, proactive and provide a consistently high standard of service. Even more importantly, there is always someone available to respond to last minute “emergencies” and requests. They have never let me down, highly recommend!

Clearly the 5 start reviews are fake. Badly managed, poor communication, basic cleaning. Invoicing for hours not worked. Promised report's and updates - nothing EVER emerged. Despite a battle of email's finally terminated contract.. Would not recommend.

When a company sends something completely different to what you ordered, and does not even respond to emails about this, then you must not shop here. This is fake, don't buy anything. They are deceiving you.

I’ve used this cleaning company in several rental properties, after builders, to clean carpets etc.
I’ve been really happy. They turn up on time, do their job, work hard and out of your hair ASAP

Last minute cleaners, amazing job

Really pleased with the builders clean we had at our house just before xmas. Great attention to detail from the cleaning team and big thanks to Carlos who somehow managed to arrange this for us with just 1 days notice. Fantastic customer service and great cleaning too. Will definitely recommend.

It was clean and clear cut. There were some last minute changes asked by me of the service, and they were very nice and accommodating of those changes. The admin team and Operations Manager Philip W. was very professional and friendly and managed the entire process well. Recommended.

This is the first time we have used the team from total clean, and they were great. They cleaned and polished the church and it looked amazing. The gleam on the floor was amazing and their staff team were professional, well organised and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them based on this experience. Thank you all
