Our experience with Total clean St Helena’s cleaning services in Colchester has unfortunately been disappointing. We encountered numerous issues that significantly impacted our business operations.

Some of the key concerns included:

Security Failures – The premises were frequently left unlocked, with alarms unset over entire weekends, compromising our security and voiding our insurance.
Neglect of Duties – On several occasions, lights were left on, doors were left open, and cleaning standards were poor. The cleaning quality was terrible at times, with glass surfaces left extremely smeary, creating an unprofessional appearance.
Unreliable Attendance – There were multiple instances of non-attendance without prior notice, causing disruption to our operations.
Alarm Issues – The team triggered alarms, leading to unnecessary complications with our neighbors.
Constant Staff Changes – Cleaning staff changed frequently, and replacements were often unaware of our valuable memorabilia, increasing the risk of damage and improper handling of our property.
Despite raising these concerns, we were met with a demand for payment and even a CCJ threat, rather than an attempt to address the legitimate issues we experienced. We believe professionalism and accountability should be a priority in service provision, and unfortunately, this was not reflected in our dealings with St Helena.

We have been using total clean for 3 years, on that period we have anly had issues at start for a couple of days until the cleaners settled, since then we are happy with the service

Awful company

Following our Christmas party held at our offices, Total Clean done an amazing job carrying out a deep clean. No request is too much for them!

We are a nursery which means the area can be very very messy. Total Clean leaves the nursery very tidy and clean. Children's socks are not dirty and Eduardo the area manager is very processional, listens to feedback and check the nursery accordingly. Also heads up to Natalia Operations Support for her professionalism and quick response to any queries we might have. I would highly recommend Total Clean if you wish to have your work place clean and deal with professional people.

The Team were so accommodating and flexible. Our restaurant was spotless. Would highly recommend and looking forward to using them again.
