Item shipped did not fit my vehicle even though the year, make, and model was included in the product description. Charged for shipping even though website stated “free shipping” for item. Still no response to my email requesting advice on how to proceed.

Received the wrong item, communication from seller is terrible and issue is still unresolved
I received the wrong item. My call was unreturned and e-mail communication is slow at first until I stopped receiving response from the seller at all. Now I have an item that I can’t use and a very bad experience from this seller.
