Be home for you shipment cause the shipping company doesn’t care

I know this isn’t the fault of torqued but the shipping company was awful. They called the day prior and we set a time for drop off because I work during the day at the hospital. The day of drop off they show up 3-4 hours early they call and leave a voicemail and say we’re here. I try to call back but no answer. I come home to find they left the package outside, no signature on the form and it rained that day…

Happy Customer

I called a sales rep. to see how long it would take for a product to arrive. He told me that if I ordered today that it would shipped the next day and arrive the day after that. And he was true to his word, the product did indeed arrived in 2 days time.
