DO NOT ORDER FROM TORQEN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TORQEN.

I ordered a clutch release bearing. I paid 130pund in shipping to get it sent with international express. They did ofc. not have it in stock. So I had to wait..... And the wait was long. So They finally got it sent from Japan which I would have ordered it directly from if I knew torqen have NOTHING in stock. Took forever.

Package arrived after about 3 weeks. "International express" worthy delivery time. NOT. And then they had managed to send the wrong item from the UK. This resulting in my dyno session and an event being cancelled.

So I asked them specifically to send the correct one with the fastest shipping as possible. Which they said they would. Turns out they sent it with "Economy select" at DHL which is the SLOWEST possible method at DHL. So another 1.5 week wasted because of that.

I will demand a refund on my shipping for international express and they have still not reimbursed me for the shipping I had to pay sending the wrong item back.

If I knew what a nightmare this would be I would NEVER ever ordered from them. And don't even get me started on their customer service...

- Edit to clarify Torqens answer: -

First off: You cant charge people for International Express shipping if you DO NOT have the item in stock. I paid 130 Pund for Express shipping as I needed the part delivered fast. If I knew you would need to order it from Japan I would have done so myself.

Second: I informed you that it was the wrong part. Not the other way around. And I also asked you to send with the fastest shipping possible. And you sent with the cheapest option. And what is this supposed to mean?! "the replacement shipping was sent at no additional cost to you." ..... You sent me the wrong item. Ofc you send the correct one free of charge.

Third: The wrong item was shipped back by me at given date and you were provided with tracking number. I am not to blame for your postal service being slow. Maybe next time ship the correct part to begin with.

Regarding your recent email, we consider your demand for a full refund conditioned upon the removal of your reviews to constitute an unlawful attempt to coerce TORQEN, which is wholly unacceptable and may have legal consequences.

Your clutch release bearing was not held in stock at TORQEN when you ordered, so we sourced it from our partners in Japan. Throughout the waiting period, we kept you regularly updated via WhatsApp and our website, including sending updates on 28 May during the UK bank holiday to keep you informed despite reduced office hours.

Upon arrival in the UK, a logistical mistake occurred: two orders were accidentally swapped, and the incorrect part was dispatched to you. We contacted you by phone on 6 June to inform you of the error. Once you notified us, we promptly sent the correct part via DHL Economy Select on 11 June, which was delivered to your address in Norway on 17 June. This replacement shipment was sent at no additional cost to you.

Regarding the incorrect item you returned, you stated it was sent back on 10 June. However, we have yet to receive it at our facility. We explained via WhatsApp that the refund for your return shipping cost (£23) will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned part. Until then, we cannot reimburse this amount.

On the topic of communication, we reply to all messages received during UK working hours as quickly as possible. Messages sent outside of these hours are responded to promptly once the team is back online. We regret if this caused frustration but maintain our commitment to timely and clear communication.

While we regret the delays and errors, we have acted transparently and fairly to resolve these issues. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Torqen are by far one of the best…

Torqen are by far one of the best companies ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No job or task is too big or too small. Their communications with customers is incredible- even replying to my communications and checking stock at 10pm at night!! Unreal. Thank you for everything.

Normally I would give Torqen 5 Star, but this time a part was missed off on my order. That said once this was pointed out to them, they did their best to rectify the situation in record time, without further delay!

Cracking service from the guys a…

Cracking service from the guys a Torqen. Used their WhatsApp chat service and I appreciate this might not be the same for everyone due to time of day or the amount of work they have on but my messages were answered within a minute of texting them. Gave me a heads up on additional hardware I needed to purchase and included an example so I know what to look for. Can’t fault them at all. Looking forward to my new seats turning up and getting them installed 💪

Great service

I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I've ever had, from the first phone call enquiring about an item I was looking to purchase till DPD delivered it to me the next day Torqen could not have been any more helpful. Superstars

So for years i've been wanting to get some TwinZ parts for my car, until recently the only place you could get them was in the US, which isn't helpful when you in the UK, they would ship some stuff, but the bigger items no carrier was available, i even considered arranging my own crate, but looking at costs it was a non starter.

I was about to knock the idea on the head when i saw a post about Torqen now being the official European Partner for TwinZ. So as a trial run i ordered the bigger parts i couldn't get from the US.

This took a bit longer as they are crated and shipped from Peru, but the guys kept me up to do date as to when the parts had been produced, then packed, then shipped, when they where landing in the UK, they sent me a video of then being unpacked and checked, then repacked and van'd up to me.

Im double happy with the parts and the service received from the guys at Torqen , ill be placing an order for the rest of the bits with Torqen real soon.

Like i said they are superstars ,
