I do not recommend this company or this product.

I purchased a chair from Top Scaune (Dowinx brand), but the tilt (rocking) function did not work at all. Initially, I contacted their support team, but their responses were unrelated to my issue — they explained the backrest function, even though I was clearly referring to the tilt mechanism (the lever/button under the chair that allows it to rock slightly back and forth).

After multiple email exchanges, they eventually understood the problem and we agreed that they would send me a replacement part. Unfortunately, the part I received was already used and, even worse, it does not fit my chair model.

The experience was frustrating due to poor communication and lack of professionalism in handling the issue. Additionally, I have read on Reddit that if you return the entire product, there are cases where the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend.

The chair broke at the seams in 3 months , they blame me because i use the in-built recliner and that i cannot stand on the chair right. Do not recommend
