Order Not Delivered
I placed an order for a patio set on March 25, 2026, from Aosom Romania, which was fully paid by card. As of April 9, 2026, the order has still not been delivered.
Although the order status shows as “shipped,” the tracking information clearly indicates that the parcel has not been handed over to the courier (“awaiting pickup from sender” since March 25). In reality, the item was never dispatched.
I contacted customer service multiple times by phone, but only received vague responses with no concrete delivery timeframe. I also received an email stating they would “follow up as soon as possible,” without any actual resolution.
After more than two weeks with no delivery and no clear information, I had to request a full refund and initiate a chargeback through my bank.
Very disappointing experience — lack of transparency, lack of accountability, and poor communication. I do not recommend.
