Avoid at all costs!!!!! Placed an order last month, paid abit more for the item thinking it’s a uk based website so will recieve quicker but this was not the case! chased it up a week later then received a tracking number that would not work. Emailed and kept receiving same generic reply. Eventually recieved my order 3 weeks later and it was incomplete. Contacted again and was told the football kit I ordered does not come with socks eventbough the website clearly stated it did. Will be contacting shopify who this order was placed through!!!

Placed an order, got a royal mail 48h tracking number 5 days later, it's been a further 7 days and royal mail are still showing it as not dispatched to them by the sender.

All requests for a refund are being deflected and email correspondence reads as if it's been translated.

Really bad experience.

I placed an order for a jersey for my Grandson's Birthday on the 16/2/25.
I chased them up when it got close to his Birthday 3/3/25. I received an email saying it had dispatched and a Royal mail tracking number.
I checked this daily and Royal mail kept saying try tomorrow. In the end I contacted Royal mail and the number wasn't recognised.
Have emailed Emily at customer services at least 4 times and I get the same reply that they're busy, have lots of orders, it will be with me very soon and it's excellent quantity.
When I questioned why they'd said it was dispatched and a tracking number given I didn't get a reply.

Ordered a t shirt which hasn't arrived. No communication beyond an email saying it has been dispatched. A 48 hour Royal Mail tracking number supplied. Royal Mail is still awaiting the package after 10 days. I have written to Top Notch requesting a refund ...no response. Telphone number is permanently switched off.
Is this a scam? It is certainly beginning to look like it.

3 weeks no delivery and I tried to cancel order but they made sure they'd apparently despatched in time before I could cancel it. Haven't received item yet and no tracking number.

Company isn’t even in the uk site says fast efficient delivery .. 3 weeks still not arrived .. clearly in china clearly fake jerseys none of it states that on their website .. emailed and told me they cant cancel .. do yourself a favour and avoid them absolute waste of time and money and if I knew it was going to be some Chinese fake one I’d of never of bought it.
If that’s your thing you will be fine just be prepared to wait weeks upon weeks for it!!!

Firstly, their website says they are based in the UK - they aren't, they're in China. So the first shirt took 2 weeks to arrive. Wrapped it up for my sons birthday, but when he opened it it was the wrong shirt, and also had something stuck firmly to it that couldn't all be removed. I contacted the company - their customer service is *extremely* slow, but after they requested photos and I sent them, they said they would send a second item.
Second item took 3 weeks to arrive - literally arrived hours before the event it was being bought for. Then, my son opened it, and they had managed to send the incorrect jersey AGAIN. Again, their customer service is painfully slow, and they insisted on photos a second time. They don't read back in the emails so I constantly have to reiterate the issue and then wait for them to bother responding.
We now have 2 incorrect items, and all they have offered is a 10% refund which is not acceptable.

Update 21/03/2025: They still refuse to refund or send label in line with their returns policy. They have basically stolen the money off me.

Buy from a reputable company, not a cheap Chinese knock off one.

Took a lot longer than expected but was advised due to warehouse move. Did have to email a few times as was worried it wasn't going to arrive. However the customer service advisor Emily was really helpful. Arrived perfect and very happy with the quality will 100% be ordering from here again!! Worth the wait! Thank you so much :)
