Ordered online and paid UPS express (means next day delivery as I need the part ASAP). They shipped using UPS standard and I have to wait for 1 week to get it delivered. Very frustrating!!! I called to order another 1 for next day delivery but that was the last piece. Bad web service department, and whoever is leads that we department should be replaced or get trained for Customer Service. The telephone order rep told me that it happened lots of time with the web ordering. Pls. fix your web processing.
Ordered a breaker with 2 day shipping. Waited 4 days before contacting them about it not shipping yet. Was transferred to 3 different people who were all clueless so I cancelled the order.
