Please note that this company is NOT a serious webshop. The goods will be sent from Holland with no control or follow-up regarding transport or delivery. I placed a large order 1 June, and by now it has been postponed 11 times by transportation. Even though it according to their info should be located at a storage very close to my home. Topdrinks has replied once one week ago that they would look into the matter.
The money was deducted from my account 6 June 2023.
Today 29 June I neither have received goods, any reply or my money back.
What at scam company!!

You can count on that this is the status on my order as I will update in case of any changes.

This complaint is about Topdrinks sub contractors.A driver called re my order of sherry.In spite of clear instructions he could not find my house and asked me to go and find him because he was in a hurry!!!!!
Eventually he arrived on my telephone instructions without a word with a surly expression ,gave me the parcel and left
With this sort of service I prefer to drink water!!!!!!!

I made a large order #15000005880 almost 3 months ago, sadly without looking up the site on Trustpilot before paying.
I received ONE of my many products a week later and have received nothing since. The other parcels were never delivered to the transport company. Initially polite responses promised quick resolution, nothing happens. I tried cancelling the remaining order asking for a refund - declined by “customer service”. No longer responds to mails.

Can’t figure out if this is a deliberate scam or just the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with.

Might file a complaint at The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and advise everyone else to do the same.

Will update if I ever get my products or the refund. Might even change to 2 stars if proven they are not a complete scam.

I've ordered on 17 apr. 2023 11:48:45 several drinks, easy website, a lot of confirmations, payment etc. Everything was ok, until it was sent to DPD which is very bad.
After 4 days (21 April), almost no information, the delivery was delayed to the next working day -> Monday 24.
On Monday 24 i saw that it was somehow missing some information. Then it was sent back on Tuesday 25 April to the shop as something was missing or broken.
On this date ( 9 June 2023) I have been refund only 86,79 € out of 152€ ... i'm waiting for the rest ASAP before doing a claim at my bank.

Ordered 2 bottles on a Tuesday, needed them for that following Saturday evening. I only ordered as their website clearly states that packages are delivered within 3 working days. Bottles arrived 1 week later. Absolute joke of a company.

I haven’t received an order number but the money has been taken from my account last week! Tried phoning customer service this morning to no avail.

Please can someone give me their email address? This was for a birthday that has now passed. Please can someone contact me and refund me or give me a tracking number?

This site is an absolute disaster. I bought 420 small bottles, and got 14, what a joke this site is, and there customer service, is absolute useless. Floss you're money down the toilet, or give them to topdrinks, thats same / same.

No you have not offered a solution, i have sent you one, a much cheaper solution for topdrinks than the original deal, you remember. The solution to sent us the amount of liquid we bought but in bigger bottles. Mine 420 small 0,02 bottles is 8,4 liters, so just ship 16 of your 0,5 liter bottles, easy as that.

Ordered a tequila.
No confirmation ever came. Money is already withdrawn from my account. This is unacceptable.

Still waiting on my refund, seams that the customer service is not the best. i will update when or if I get my refund

Full scam.. I ordered a bunch of things, and only 1 of them got delivered.. when trying to call them they doesnt answer the phone nor their mail.. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered from them..

Complete garbage, you can't get in touch with them if they mess up. Never buying again.

Somehow i see they have time to reply here, like this would prove anything.

I'd be embarrased to work for such a company.

2 orders was placed during 2022 and 1 in 2023. Received without any issues and on time as promised.

Ordered on 22/01, the order went missing and Topdrinks do not respond to emails, nor do they answer the phone. I think this is a scam company :(

In the Austria website is advertised 3 day delivery, faster than 10 day is not possible because they sent everything from the Nederland. My first page was demaged and good luck trying to contact someone at the phone or email nobody is answering. Eventually they contacted me and said i am going to get a refund week later I'm still waiting for it. It's a nice website and the prices are going but the customer support is terrible and the advertised delivered time is questionable

My order was supposed to be received 3 days ago and still has not beed delivered.

I ordered 3 bottle of yeni raki and 3 bottle of others. 2 bottle of yeni raki are missing in the package. The box smells anijs, PostNL informed me about that package was damaged and returned. However, I have taken missing order.
I want my money back or 2 missing yeni raki.

Ordered a whiskey at Xmas, till have not received my order or refund, customer service is the worst I've ever experienced!!! Do not use this company...
