Good product, of course, but also very good communication.

Says next day delivery. My order is still missing one week later!!!

Initially, I was concerned that my order with Topdrinks hadn't been processed as I didn't receive immediate confirmation. However, when I attempted to contact customer service two days later, I was pleasantly surprised to find my order delivered right at that moment, within the 48-hour timeframe. I'm quite pleased with the experience, particularly with the sale they had on Ruinart champagne.

Easy to order, great variety and fast delivery.

The service and delivery from this company is excellent; the website is clear and easy to navigate - and the prices are outstanding! What is there not to like? Thank you, Topdrinks.

Multiple orders with almost always broken packages. While DHL is the cause of this, trying to get a refund for the broken bottles is impossible. They keep promising a refund but nothing happens. I'm on day 24 since they received the broken bottles and I'm at least 350€ short in refund. Keep away - theres plenty of alternatives

First purchase were two bottles of whisky to be shipped to Denmark. Packages were delivered flawlesly and within the announced time span.
I will shop here again.

New update:
Company has refunded me the remaining 1400 DK after several weeks of complaints and outcry.

I ordered 14 bottles and only one bottle arrived in a small package. Then there were created a second shipment with its own freight no.
Took contact to the freight forwarder who told me the second delivery was damaged goods.

Thereafter, I had an ongoing mailcorrespondence with Topdrinks who totally played me for a fool. They kept delaying me even though they agreed to refund my loss, and also enlightened me they had initiated the transfer to my bankaccount. BUT still as of this day I have recieved nothing and no one answers me any longer.

Competitive pricing, good selection, shipping was quick.
No complaints. This is the 2nd time I purchased and I'm still satisfied.

I returned 7 bottles a month ago and Topdrinks still has not given me my money back! It is 89 euro, that is a lot of money to me!
They never pick up the phone and has not returned my emails for the last two weeks!
I am super sad, angry and disappointed!

My package arrived well.
But do not get fooled by the “3 Day Deliver” slogan. It will take longer. For the next customers, order with some time ahead. It will take up to 1 week (at least in my case) luckily I ordered earlier than when I needed it. I mean, it’s ok, deliver Can take time, That’s why I find it unfair that they guarantee 3 Days tops to deliver.

Bought an item from them with their expected delivery time being 2-4 working days. After not recieving the order for 2 weeks i wrote to them to ask where my order was, and they replied that the order had been canceled, which is fine i guess, since they didnt have the item. But they didnt notify me, and i had not recieved any communication from them until i contacted their support mail. Simply unacceptable.

Delivered only part of my order. No explanation of the missing drinks. No one to pick up phone or respond to emails. Absolute scam

Do not buy with top drinks.My order of € 138,00 was returned to them as I was not home. They returned € 88,00 to my account instead of € 138,00. No explanation why € 50,00 was deducted. Costs?? Despite numerous attempts to seek clarification I did not get any reply despite numerous attempts. Please be careful with this webshop. I do not trust them. Karel Lankenau
