Their website reflected availability for a Consulant.
I booked this 2 days prior to the appointment.

I received a call the day prior to the appointment asking if the doctors PA had been in touch, I confirmed no.
Asked me to check my spam mail. None.

Called me back later in the day and asked me again.
Still nothing received. Was told not to go for the appointment until I received confirmation.

I wasted 2 days and now have to start afresh.
If I wanted to waste time, I would have stuck with the NHS. I have no insurance and was paying for the service myself - my first and last visit. From now on, I shall go to the Consultants PA myself and if those details are not readily available, I shall move on to the next Consultant. Consultants are not in short supply in London and for the fees they charge, I expect them to kiss my feet.

I have had a terrible experience with the organisation itself. It started with a simple request for them to change my email to my personal email account and not my work email account for an online consultation. They seemed unable to do this and when they did tell me it been sorted out, they sent me a link for the online consultation to check that it worked. It did not work and despite emailing and leaving telephone messages as no one picked up the phone on six occasions nobody got back to me. Very shortly before the online consultation the following day I was assured a new link had been set and would work for the online consultation. It did not, the doctor was unable to use it and the consultation turned into a short telephone appointment which was not what I had requested nor what I had paid for. I then requested an invoice from top doctors showing my address and was told they were unable to do this but would ask the doctor. However, the doctor they asked was not a doctor I’ve ever seen and I have not paid the doctor I paid top doctors direct. I would not recommend this company because although the doctors may be professional, unfortunately the administration side and being unable to make contact with the company is appalling

I have received a response but even today the company seem unable to provide correct documentation. I requested an invoice / weeks ago and have continually chased this up with lots of excuses why this could not be provided. Today I’ve received what purports to be an invoice but actually contains no relevant information - just the name of doctor “Mr X” and no details of his qualifications or specialism. This is a private doctors company - the least you would expect them to be able to do is prepare a correct invoice when they receive payment! I’ve given up asking due to the amount of time I have wasted for such a simple document

1. Weird reference to SPAIN in T&C - therefore accepted T&C w caveat.
2. Appts - no opportunity to say which dates I'm NOT available and thus avoid time-wasting to and fro w provider.
(Only reason I fell on Top Doctors site is that Parkside hospital appts booking line keeps cutting out.)

I would like to sincerely commend Maricar Sia from the pathology team for her outstanding dedication and support. She was extremely accommodating and helpful in coordinating patients’ blood tests and results, ensuring everything was done promptly to avoid any delay in treatment.

Maricar consistently kept us informed with updates, followed things through without being asked, and truly went above and beyond to make sure the process ran smoothly. Her efficiency, professionalism, and genuine commitment made such a difference during a critical time.

She’s an absolute star, and the NHS needs more people like her. Thank you, Maricar, for everything you do!

Zofia provided us with excellent service and was able to secure and much needed urgent appointment with the consultant that we were looking to meet. She went over and above to ensure that the appointment was secured and booked at short notice because of my father’s travel plans. We are utterly thankful for the phone calls she made to update us and keeping us informed on the key developments taking care of our travel plans and the most convenient site to meet with the doctor. Sofia is a credit to your organisation and I will not hesitate for anyone looking for an urgent private consultation to contact her to secure one for you.

Easy to discuss issues with. Explains options and possible side effects in a clear and very patient friendly manner.
Having had previous major abdominal surgery my operation was not going to be straightforward but he managed to do it laparoscopically which was brilliant.

Dealing with the TopDoctors for the first time, and having booked an online consultation, I was a bit apprehensive as I did not know which platform they use to communicate with patients online.

Top Doctors arranged my consultant visit with a lot of effort and energy expended on their part, largely because there were two cancellations. Zofia, at Top Doctors Patient Support, was extremely helpful throughout, coordinating a new appointment that fitted in with my travel plans. She made what might have been a difficult experience really easy and problem-free. She is an asset to Top Doctors and I wish every customer services exchange were as easy and as helpful as her exchanges with me throughout the process.

Entered details to register including quite extensive medical history and was advised to read terms and conditions. Did so and all information was lost so had to start again. One of the least intuitive sites I've used. I'll continue to try calling the specialist as I've no faith they have received my appointment request.

Yasmina, María del Mar, and Zofia were all incredibly helpful in setting up my appointment! They were able to help me find an appointment time and make sure I had all of the information needed to move forward in coordinating a telehealth visit.

Manuela was very helpful and checked in to make sure I'd been contacted by the clinic to book an appointment, within the 48 hours specified. She chased things up and I got a call the next day.

i can give details, examples, and proof. But if i say more here, this review will be removed (again). Their pockets are deep, their arms are long, their tongues are forked.

I have faced a issue for my 5.5 years old kid due to the skin allergies in face and I was searched in Top doctor and selected a very good person Mr Godic, when I was first time met him, he is very calm and listened with the respect and gave a solution. Which is really worked for us and it was there more then a month. But within two weeks, it's drastically changes and he is very good now. Really very Thankful to Mr Godic... 👏🙌

I have a major heart problem that stems from a serious surgical error while I was working abroad. I have seen several UK based cardiologists since. I rate Professor Missouris the best I have encountered both for understanding of the problem and initiating action to manage it

My experience with Dr. Kristo Papa and Papa Medical Clinic was nothing short of a complete scam. I paid for a consultation and services that were promised to me, but none of them were delivered. I was told I would be contacted with results and for a follow-up consultation — that never happened.

I tried multiple times to reach Dr. Papa, but he completely ignored my calls. His assistant answered the phone with zero professionalism and total disrespect, forgetting that I am a paying patient who deserves proper service.

This is a blatant abuse of patient trust and a serious lack of medical ethics. I strongly warn anyone considering this clinic — be extremely cautious. The service is irresponsible, the communication is awful, and worst of all, they took my money without providing what was promised.

I am demanding a full refund, and I will continue to share my negative experience on every platform possible until I receive fair treatment.

Initial issue i had booking online with consuultant was very quickly resolved and processed after i left a message - very happy with the way Misbah Shahzeb from the support team kept me in the loop and progressed the appointment in the background. Top marks in my experience of using them.
