Recently I had my account locked as did…

Recently I had my account locked as did other family members because we were using ‘multiple accounts’ which breaches TopCashback’s policy. We acknowledge we have multiple accounts, we also acknowledge we have a big family. Some family members have had their accounts finally unlocked which we are thankful for. Others are still locked and we have just realised that payments that say ‘completed’ have not reached our bank account but with this status you would think they have and if there was a problem we would have been advised 🤔 It is a bit disappointing that no one has contacted us and informed us that these payments have been stopped/ held up .. as they date back several months. We have contacted TopCashback multiple times, hopefully 🙏 this is an honest oversight and will be sorted shortly.
I have still given TCB a 4 star 🌟 rating as I am hoping to have this rectified as we have been loyal customers for some years and have mostly had good service and positive experiences 🙏

TopCashback is trustworthy

TopCashback is trustworthy. I had an issue where a vendor declined my cashback payment. After I lodged a complaint with supporting evidence, the TopCashback team reviewed it, communicated within a reasonable timeframe, and credited my cashback as it should have been.

TopCashback is pretty good unless you expect Accor to pay out on time

TopCashback is pretty good unless you have purchased from the Accor hotel group , who take as long as a year and then sometimes refuse to pay out, it would be better for TopCashback to drop this unreliable and deceitful business ( i had 70 nights with Accor in 2025, so i know what some of their hotels are capable of )

They will not pay the big cashbacks

They will not pay the big cashbacks. Bought VPN subscription through them @98% cashback. Its been almost 7 months and they are waiting to hear back from retailer.
Poor customer support. So I would recommend dont fall for those big cashback traps on the site because yoo are not going to get those.

topcashback is one of major cashback…

topcashback is one of major cashback apps in australia. everytime I used the app to shop stuff online it always registers my purchase, i had bad experience with other cashback apps where it would not register my clicks/purchase but never faced issues with topcashback. quick to payout, user friendly app/website layout.

Does not track purchases made through…

Does not track purchases made through their app, enabling relevant tracking settings. I have realisef they never paid out any of the big cashback proms advertised - like the mobile prepaid plan purchases from optus and vodafone. Cases raised has no progress in more than 4 months absolute waste of time.
