Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble, sturdy enough. We put it in the garage with one of the ends backed up to a wall so there is only one entry/exit. Our boy has only stuck his head inside but hasn’t gone all the way in yet.

Color description is confusing
Color description is confusing. I ordered a “grey” pet house and got a red one with a grey roof. When I contacted customer service thinking they sent a red one by mistake, they said it was correct because the roof was grey.
However, customer service was prompt and my cat likes the house even though the bright red house doesn’t look nice on my porch.

Cozy & Warm
I got this heating pad much quicker than I expected. I found the timer helpful, in case I forgot to turn it off. I like having the steel cable over the wiring, it is a nice safety feature, for my cats. I put their bed inside the carrier along with the heating pad & they snuggled up together nice & cozy & warm.

My cat loves his new water fountain
My cat loves his new water fountain. With the filter system, the water is clean and clear and my cat drinks every time he passes it. It's super quiet.
From the time I ordered it, it took only 2 days to get here. Toozey is a top notch provider. Awesome !!
