I received an email requesting me to drive and drop off the wrong item at a FedEx shipping center and supply them with a copy of the email. The nearest FedEx shipping center is 35-45 minute drive.
Bought a hydraulic cylinder
Bought a hydraulic cylinder, Put it on and it leaked worse than the old one. Took a picture of the leak never got to use it. Sent it in and the response was for me to wait and then they sent a return number and a print out. Guess what at the bottom it said if the product has been installed no return. Does this sound normal. No this is a Biden response. Yes Mr Orr you just got screwed and I bet you are not happy. I will never buy here again.

Web site listed an item that they did not carry. Sent a wrong item instead. When contacted for return they said that the web site listed the wrong size and a RA and shipping label would be provided in 24 -72 hours. 3 contacts over 3 weeks and never received the RA or the label but was promised each time that it would just be another 24-72 hours. Do not order from these guys unless you do not care what you get.

Trying to return it is nearly impossible. They just fob you off with their return policy protocol etc.
If you do follow their protocol, nothing happens.

Ordered a hole saw back in April 2022. Was delivered around the 30th. Luckily I ended up not needing it which was great cause it was almost $200. Attempted to return it. Site said I needed to contact them to start a refund and get shipping information. Did this multiple times before receiving it. Paid to ship it back and tracked it was delivered. No refund was issued. Called multiple times again giving the tracking number confirming it was delivered. Kept telling me to wait a few business days and I would get a confirmation and refund, nothing. Last called today now July 5. They stated they talked to the manufacturer and it was delivered to another warehouse and they would need to confirm they received it before issuing a refund, and again told me to wait a few business days. It has been over two months since I started this return. Not hopeful in ever getting a refund. Buyer beware. Finally got a refund after multiple phone calls over two months.
Toolsidee Needs Extra import Duty
I ordered a Profi belt sander via toolsidee.uk for 141 pounds only to discover to recive the order via DPD I had to pay an extra 34 pound inport duty.
There was no indication that extra duty would have to be paid on the transaction.

Contacted them for samples of two products that they carry and was wanting to purchase in lots of 100pc
They only have 10pc of each in stock.
Concerned whether or not we could get more, I contacted them. I was then assured that we could order more. He was going to get back to me in a few days with the date they would have them in stock again.
So, I placed an order for everything that they had in stock that day. 20 pieces total. 10 of each style.
They charged, and seven days later, no product!
Today I get an email saying that the 20 items we ordered were not in stock, and would I like to continue to wait for them to come back into stock sometime June.
In my era, it was called "Bait & Switch" which is.. show you an item, and then send you out the door with a lessor model, brand new in the box!
What should we name this new trick?

Just a word of warning, do not order from this company, product arrived in uk with an additional customs charge to be payed by the customer before you receive the item, they refuse to reply to emails, terrible customer service, by far the worst experience I have ever encountered when making a purchase, don’t get caught out by the initial price because there will be additional costs with no way of getting a refund

Inquiries go unanswered. The information on the articles is level and incomplete. Instead, people keep pointing out how easy it is to order there. The translations in the descriptions make your hair stand on end. It is better to procure the desired items from more reputable suppliers, look for other tools or even do without them.
All in all a dubious shop.

Ordered a snow shovel on 1/26 and received an email on est time of shipping which was 1/31,So I requested a cancellation within 12hrs of payment,Received an email on the cancellation,The next email was on 1/31 with a tracking number that has no movement for 10 days,Just a label created.No refund for 2 weeks and the customer service keeps saying they need to contact the manufacture to see if the item was shipped.They stole over 100 dollars form a customer.
IT'S A LOTTERY
I recently (31/12/21) order from toolsidee the goods failed to arrive. When I contacted DPD (UK) the carrier they informed me that the item had failed to clear customs in Holland and had been returned to sender i.e. Toolsidee
All efforts at communicate meet with a total lack of reply, the organisation is beyond useless actually feeling invisible.
Reading through lots of other reviews I repeatedly see lots bad ratings and the word scam being used regularly, I would actually use the word theft.
From the reviews it would appear that about a two thirds of customers get what they want and are very happy. However for the remaining third something goes wrong and nothing you can do will get you any kind of satisfaction or recompense.
SO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE IT'S A LOTTERY. YOU ACTUALLY HAVE 1 IN 3 CHANCE THAT YOU ARE NOT MAKING A PURCHASE BUT IN FACT A DONATION TO A DUTCH ORGANISATION
