The correct price… But

The correct price, communication with the correct seller, lack of proactivity in providing an explanation for the cause of the shipping delay, in debt, shipment of the product in debt.

A real story
I was on a trip in Canberra,
Looking for some tool to buy when back home, Newcastle,
Obviously google all needed item including postage was cheaper with these people
Need to clarify the postage and get back to me right time
A well deserve five strats thank you.

Customer service was fantastic

Customer service was fantastic. I was at work when my tools arrived at the maddington store and I wouldn't have made pick up on time. My wife collected the tools for me and when the staff saw my wife carrying our baby they tool the tools to the car for her.
