Great service

Great service, I ordered the wrong size item online. I phoned them and they quickly put a stop to my order, replaced it with the correct item and posted it straight away.

I made an error with my original order…

I made an error with my original order and emailed the support team at The Landscape Store asking for help to resolve my mistake.
On the following day I received a reply and confirmation that the order had been amended.
The valves arrived on schedule with Auspost and were sold to me at a very competitive price.
Thank you to The Landscape Store team.

Easy to order and Great Product

Easy to order, great range of pond pumps of varying capacities. Easy to install and setup. Have bought many pumps from Bunnings over the years, all fail in a relatively short time. The brand from The Landscape Store looks much harder wearing and at very competitive pricing.
So far, will continue to now purchase pond pumps from these guys.
