Toob fails again
Watching the football, quarter final, on my phone as once again TOOB has stopped working! Honestly this outfit is the most shocking provider I’ve experienced. Cancelled DD as refuse to pay for this incompetence any more, I know, the contract will state they don’t guarantee service and my credit score will take a hit because I’m unwilling to pay £25 for a service that is much use as a chocolate t pot, but on principle I’m not paying anymore.

TOOB were Brilliant Now they are Rubbish!!!
When they first launched TOOB were excellent since renewing they are RUBBISH I can’t work from home anymore because of the unreliable connection and then they BS about its not their problem but a partner problem or issue. They have clearly NOT resourced their expansion correctly to ensure a basic and sustainable connection They have chased the money and left the customers in the dark

Since the beginning of the WiFi…
Since the beginning of the WiFi contract it has been going up and down every time. No solution so far for a little over a year. No one can solve it, and it is very difficult to get in touch with anyone.For 2 Saturdays now the internet has been completely down and it doesn't come back on until after a while. Restarted the router, unplugged it, nothing. Very poor at communication and problem solving.

We are with toob for couple of years now and despite small hiccups, there was never a major problem. Toob customer service team is brilliant always helpful and responding quickly.

Awful service
I’ve been with intermittent service for 10 days this time - it’s been ongoing for months. It’s impossible to speak to a manager. I spent over 60 minutes on hold yesterday alone trying to speak to someone. When I get through, the agent can never help or internally speak to anyone in the company it seems to escalate the issue. I’ve called back this morning and am number 30 in the queue. The online chat is useless as they can’t do anything and just ask you to call. I can’t even get through to make a complaint! It’s a breach of contract and looks like I’ll need to go directly to ombudsman. Stick with a well known provider, I’m sure you’ll get a better service and they’ll have their own engineers, rather than them having to contact city fibre.

Also phone the next day to apologise about the detail in the new contract. Very attentive.

Delivered on time and worked out of the box. No fuss.
Very simple signup process, easy switch over process from previous provider, delivered at agreed time on agreed date with minimal fuss. Technician was very helpful in helping decide location of equipment and installation was very quick. Everything worked from switch on with no problems. Service has been 100% since install. What is there to complain about???

The man i spoke to was very helpful, I needed to upgrade my speed and within 5 minutes on the phone it was ordered, didn't try to sell me anything, just straight to the point, exactly what I wanted.

Toob service is second to none. My internet connection has been perfect for all of my last contract leading me to sign up for another 2 years! Customer service is excellent, charming and they do what they promise!!
