I didn't receive my order, but hopefully I´ll get the money back.
I didn't get what we were hoping to order - but that wasn't Toemen's problem so much as more customs - LiPo batteries weren't allowed to be shipped. After a long wait, Toemen was ready to cooperate and they promised to return the money. In other words - they must have already carried it, now I'm waiting for it to be received.

Lesson learned about Customer Service
you can tell how good a company is by how they react when things go wrong. This company do not act in a good way. RC plane brought for Christmas present, one wing was slightly crushed and they were contactacted. We were told they would send a new wing. Still no wing by February and we were told they were waiting for delivery and had no idea when it would arrive. They still sell the plane and yet here we are 3 months later with no wing. They couldn't even be bothered to take a wing out of a box and send it or even be honest when originally contacted. This was a CHRISTMAS present.
UPDATE 20 March 2026 (3 hours later)
since the owner has taken over this the customer service promised by the customer service statement has finally kicked in. Hopefully this will not happen to others and they learn from this. Physical shops are important to the RC world.
