I bought a display model drone DJI air 3 totally new and not activated, order delivered in 3 days so very fast, the drone was perfect conditions and functional .
4 stars because one of the extra propellers I orders like spare was not in the first sending, after calling the service they will send it in 10 days so all good

Savage xs advertised as In good condition, but it's not working
I recently have bought one of the used HPI Savage xs models, with the auction description : in a good condition.
From my perspective good condition means that there are not missing parts and a model works both in terms of electronics and mechanics (power transfer to wheels).
Unfortunately, upon first dry run i noticed that they power not transfer to the test wheels. While I'm awarie of potential issues with the transmission ( rear diff is ok ) I have to spend additional time to disassemble and check for the real reason of the issue and of course the additional cost!
This is not what I expect from the car marker as "In a good condition".

Ordered a new drone but got an unpacked…
Ordered a new drone but got an unpacked set. It took 5 days between ordering and receiving the product. On top of everything the received set had a broken battery. After reporting and sending back I still did not hear from them after 3 business days upon receiving of returned battery. Very slow service.
