I feel relieved that I am finally addressing my depression. Meds only help some. Breathing exercises will be very important to check in with myself. I also have to accept things I cannot change.

Building Better Habits

The app has been really helpful for staying on track and building better habits....) I do wish a few lessons were a little shorter but overall it has made a noticeable difference.

Response to Today's Exercise

The program is helpful by verbalizing needed reflections, for which I am very grateful. The questions being multiple choice, however, do not allow me to always answer accurately. Perhaps if there were provision with an "other" it would help more.

As usual another total rip off scam

As usual another total rip off scam. I have tried all week to cancel, I originally wanted the subscription refunded as I had not requested it at all, but I will just accept I have been ripped off and accept cancelation confirmation. I currently have neither.
I am so sick of these company tricking people into signing up with them and then getting them stuck on a subscription they do not want. This has upset my whole week.
They tried to make out I had used another email (which I hadn't) but I can easily use the other one but when I log in it is my original email address??
I wish I had never ever even looked at them. Very disappointing and upsetting. KEEP AWAY do not even look at it unless you want to be tricked into losing money that I certainly can't afford in this living crisis.
Please Please Please can someone advise me how to get rid of this. Thank you.

Beware - subscription renewal trap

The daily lessons do bring a few useful insights, although nothing that cannot be found elsewhere for free or a fraction of the price.
However my overall feeling is of frustration at falling into their predatory subscription trap. I decided to take a chance on the app and then forgot to cancel. Before I realized it my subscription had been renewed for a whopping $125, with no prior notification. Of course I complained, and one of the emails I received was from an actual person, but it is clear I won’t be getting any money back.
Not worth it!!!!

I signed up for a one-month program…

I signed up for a one-month program without and add ons and was billed $142.38 for an Accountability Coach that I did not order.

I contacted the vendors, they replied immediately by email to confirm I did not mean to sign up for the service. I confirmed and pointed out that if there was an option to review the purchase order before paying, it would prevent this from happening. The refunded my money within the hour.
