Great trainers for a great price!
Great trainers for a great price (£5 cheaper than everywhere else I looked) also the stock levels are second to none- the TN's I got were sold out pretty much everywhere I looked in my size but got them no problem from TN Town. Will definitely be purchasing another pair soon...somehow managed to resist the temptation to blow some money on the Star Gazing TN's this month!

Terrible. Made an order for shoes which were size 46, paid and 10 minutes later i was told that my transaction was flagged as high risk(fraudulent). The card is owned by me and is issued by a national bank. Then the funds were voided from their side. After that my shoe size was not available and then the person on the official instagram page was not responding to my messages. And after they make me block. You are not my ex tn town chill.Ridiculous

As explained via Instagram, your order was placed from Cyprus & was flagged as fraudulent by our payment processor, Shopify.
Here are the reasons as to why Shopify flagged your order as fraudulent :
The registered billing address or credit card address wasn't available.
The registered billing address ZIP or postal code wasn't available.
The distance between shipping address and location of IP address wasn't available.
Please note as per our terms & conditions which were accepted at checkout - If an order is flagged as fraudulent, we are obliged to cancel the order & supply a full refund to the payment card used.
We cancelled & fully refunded your order within 4 minutes because of this. You were sent an email which explained this in detail, however proceeded to leave a 1 star review & send us abusive messages on Instagram which we will not tolerate.

As explained via email, your order was flagged as fraudulent on our website back end. The name on the chosen payment card did not match the billing name nor was the registered billing address or credit card address available therefore flagging your order as fraudulent.
If an order is flagged as fraudulent, we are obliged to cancel the order & supply a full refund to the payment card used which is what occurred in this instance.
