These guys were excellent. Amazing communication the whole way through, with thoughtful details to enhance your experience of getting a well-made piece of jewellery.

TMC has been extremely pleasant to deal with. The staff have been super helpful and friendly and catered to whatever I asked for. The in-person service is also top tier. They always ask if you want any drinks from Champagne to beer to coffee and water. Over months of correspondence with them they made this process so easy.

We had the best experience in the Brisbane showroom, Shelley was amazing, would 1000% recommend.

Jasmin was so lovely and accomodating. She patiently took us through all of the options that would match my engagement ring, and helped me visualise a bespoke design.

Her service was fantastic - not pushy at all and genuinely helpful.

I had an amazing experience designing my custom ring. From the very beginning, Poppy and Bronte took the time to listen to my ideas, answer all of my questions, and guide me through every step of the design process. It took me a long time to finalise what I wanted and they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about creating a ring that reflected exactly what I had envisioned.

The craftsmanship is exceptional and seeing the finished ring for the first time was such a special moment—it exceeded all of my expectations. The quality, precision, and care that went into every aspect of the design are truly evident.

Always have a good experience at TMC consultations. I like that they never push you to purchase, we went in as I am upgrading my set and haven't quite decided what I am wanting, so they send you a quote with everything you like and you can order when/if you're ready.

Very easy to pick what I wanted all the options are laid out well and easy to understand as I’m not well versed in jewellery. The email updates on the crafting process is a very nice touch.

Our appointment was so straightforward, the helpful assistant was extremely knowledgeable on the products and quality etc. She was so friendly and accommodating while we tried on our rings. We were able to make our decision on the day of our appointment and in under 24hrs we had our CAD ready for approval!

Wonderful customer service, kept me up to date on the process of manufacturing at each stage, and delivered in the timeframe in beautiful packaging! Felt really special to unbox it! The earrings are sparkly and a gorgeous addition to my earring stack, super comfortable to wear too! Thank you!
