DIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Only good thing was the massage! Bought 3 spa days as 70th present for £309. Visited Aztec Spa at TLH resort Torquay on 31st January 2026.
- No signage in car park to say where to go
-Spa lockers (many were broken) and not logically numbered, hard to open and when identified, were all empty, so had a trip back to reception in costumes for robes, towels & slippers - One size robe (12) was not big enough for 2/3 ladies (size 14) but no other size available.
Fire & Ice - Water dispenser empty at 10.00am
Relaxation area - cold to sit in waiting for treatment and hot beverage machine needed attention 3 times during our visit, and ran out of clean mugs.
Lunch - No signage in restaurant for "spa" visitors until we realised an area roped off was meant for us to use (hence strange looks from other guests as in our robes!)
Toilet roll dispenser empty in Fire & Ice and one filthy terry towel to dry hands.
Emailed Spa regarding the issues & their response on 1st Feb promised a formal response by 15th February. Two further follow up emails have gone unresponded to. Such a shame as the massage was fabulous, but will not be recommending based upon such abysmal customer service.
