Do not use Titan Fencing from Wigan
Tom Dawber is a con artist and a liar, reported to police,trading standards and bank .
Avoid at all costs he will SCAM you

Paid a deposit for new fencing as requested
Did not start the work.
Refused to reply to my calls and messages . Did not show up when he said he would .
Excuses after excuses .
Refused to pay my deposit back.
Its stealing money .
There's now several people i am aware of who this company has taken money off.
Makes threats to you when you leave a bad review.
Police and courts now involved.
01/08/25.....Tom Dawber still not returned my money he took on 18/06/25...disgraceful.

Don't know what has happened with this company but they are now scamming people. They ask for a deposit for materials ( Tom Dawber and Kyle Moss ) , arrange a date but never turn up. Tom says he'll get back in touch but never does , you have to chase , arrange another date , they said I was all booked in they never showed up. Have asked for my deposit back and heard nothing , I will be taking legal action against Tom and Kyle , informing my bank as well as informing other authorities. DO NOT USE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Took a deposit for materials to repair a fence after devastating fire damage, and never showed up for the job. I was calling all day trying to reach Tom and he didn't answer. My husband visited the business premises and his van was there but he didn't answer the door. So, I cancelled the contract to do the work as per my rights by law. Tom promised to return my deposit, which he is required to by law having not stated in the contract any terms of cancellation. He came up with frankly unproven excuses for not returning my money. He still owes me the money, and I feel is avoiding me deliberately. So this is now going to go to court. I really cannot warn you enough to not use Titan Fencing. He visited several neighbours who were stressed having experienced fire damage to their garden fences, and also took a deposit off my neighbour and never showed up to do the work for them either. I have full evidence to verify these claims (CCTV, emails, messages and witnesses). All of this has the hallmarks of a scam. So, PLEASE BE WARNED.

I was asked to pay cash upfront to partners account which I did. Was charged £300 to take out two old concrete posts and put the new ones in and hang a gate. Posts were swapped out and told he would be back in an hour to hang the gate. He never returned, lots of messages sent and tried to call, promised he would be back the next day. Never showed. No explanation and I have now had to pay someone else to hang the gate
