Great customer service

I would like to share our very positive experience with TI SENTO – Milano customer service.
I purchased a ring from which the pearl unfortunately came off. While the local retailer refused both replacement and repair, the situation was completely different when we contacted TI SENTO – Milano directly.

Their customer service was exceptionally friendly, professional, and fast. We were offered a fair solution and even given the opportunity to choose a brand-new replacement ring. The whole process was handled with genuine care and efficiency, which made a disappointing situation turn into a very positive experience.

We are truly grateful and happy with the outcome. This is customer service at a very high level.

Fantastic experience

I had a fantastic experience with Ti Sento Milano. The quality of their jewellery is truly excellent, beautifully crafted and exactly what I was hoping for. I also had a small issue with my order, and their customer service handled it quickly and completely stress-free. It’s clear that they are genuinely customer-centred, and that really sets them apart. Ordered 2 rings during the summer sale, received both rings with scratches on them, emailed customer service the same day the order was delivered, they replied fast to send pictures. Got side tracked because of work duties, sent the pictures few weeks after that, no reply from customer service. Paid 70 euros for 2 rings that turned out to be damaged goods. I have an agreement with the seller which charged me for faulty goods and no answer from customer service about this.

*Seller replied after posting the review saying they didn't receive the pictures. Resent pictures 2 times now. Waiting on answer in regards to resolving the issue.

Exceptionally great customer service

I bought a Ti Sento ring from an independent jewellery store in Tallinn and one stone fell out during the general warranty period. The store claimed there is no warranty and that the product would not be repaired. Since the ring was very special to me, I contacted Ti Sento directly to ask if there was any way to repair it. The case was immediately taken seriously and they apologized for my unfortunate experience. I also got a warranty for the ring and they asked me to send it to them to be checked for manufacturing defects (they even promised to cover the postage). Now I received a new beautiful replacement. I couldn't be happier, absolutely exceptional customer service! Communication was fast, easy and heartwarmingly friendly!

Their fault is your problem

I ordered a ring in particular color. Received the same model,but different color, which was also cheaper than the one I bought. When I wrote about this to the customer service, they only offered to return the item. Knowing our post office, I decided to keep the ring, in order not for it to get lost in the post (happens frequently) and avoid any problems with refund because of that. When I offered to keep the ring,but asked for price difference (I sent screenshots from the website with both rings and different prices) refund and an additional discount code for new item I wanted to buy, I got an answer that they would offer only full refund if I return the item. I kindly asked again to review, because - why do I have to waste my time going to the post office, sending the item back? And if I would order again, who knows if I would get the item I want, so for me offering this solution felt right. At the end I got refunded price difference and offered a 10% code,but unfortunately I could not use it together with 5EUR discount code I received for my first time purchase. When I brought this to their attention I got cold answer that you can only use 1 code at a time. Hello? You made a mistake, I offered fair solution and was not asking for more, just to use 2 codes I had. At the end i am very disappointed because nobody even answered me to my last email. I wanted to be a returning customer, now I am telling everyone that it is not worth it, as to this company their client is not a priority.
Answer to the company- if your system has this problem, than you could go one step forward to the client and issue a bigger value discount code. So this excuse is not acceptable, as a way out can always be found. This just repeatedly shows your inability and unwillingness to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Best customer service I've received

First of all, I want to point out that the quality and design of the jewellery is brilliant! Every time opening Ti Sento's online shop I want to buy every single piece as it is really one of a kind. My go-to store for unique pieces that you won't find anywhere else.
Second - the customer service!!! I had a tiny issue with my ring what was the outcome of simply wearing the ring every day. I reached out to Ti Sento and they not just handled my questions really quickly but offered to exchange the ring to a completely new one.

Communication - outstanding! Service - outstanding! Products - outstanding!

Just beautiful jewelry and fantastic service

Have done a lot of different shopping at Ti Sento. Everything has arrived nicely wrapped.
Unfortunately, a bracelet was destroyed, but that was not a problem.
Due to the long warranty and good customer service, they replaced it with a new bracelet. Even paid return postage!

They respond quickly to inquiries and the jewelery is just absolutely beautiful!

Highly recommended!

Very poor quality

Very poor quality. I ordered 2 rings, with both, their stones fell out after only couple months wearing them.
The worst is first they try to fix it, send it back, but it breaks again after few weeks. Then - they don't give you money back, they will send you voucher. Then you order something, and it will break again. And this is the circle.
Don't waste your money on Tisento

A warranty period of 6 months applies to damage and/or defects that are the result of normal wear and tear.
