Im very happy with the company' s platform the customer service team is always there to help with my questions ,thanks to Magdalena keep doing the best and all other team.transactions are very fast deposits and withdrawals.

They are a total scam company don’t work with this broker. They took your money. The difference between the price is too much and they don’t respond to your problem.

⚠️ Scammed by TIOmarkets – Fake Support & Fake Office

My boyfriend has been scammed by this brokerage firm TIOmarkets.

He requested a withdrawal of his funds on Friday 03/10/2025. It was meant to take only two business days to process, but by Wednesday 08/10/2025 the money never arrived — instead, his entire trading account (ID No: 1085362) was wiped and his balance disappeared.

You cannot reach them directly:
– Their “support” chat is automated and refreshes so messages never submit.
– Emails go unanswered.
– The two phone numbers they provide (+44 203 865 2275 and 020 3677 0013) are not genuine customer support lines.
– Their so-called “help line” and customer service are all fake.

We also discovered that the office photo shown on their website is AI-generated they’ve used an image of a real bank named ‘alpha bank’ building and digitally altered it to present as their own brokerage office. This further proves that their online presence is deceptive.

When challenged publicly, they reply to reviews saying they “can’t find the account on file,” which is misleading. We have payment receipts, full records, and screenshots showing the account before it was wiped.

We are reporting this to UK Action Fraud, Cyber Crime authorities, and ReportCyber Australia, and have already notified the Australian financial authorities. All evidence will be provided to investigators.

I’m posting this review to warn other traders: be extremely cautious. We’ve given TIOmarkets until Friday to resolve the matter and return the funds.

👉 This experience feels like a SCAM. Avoid TIOmarkets at all costs.

I’m not stopping until my boyfriend gets his money back. Most people give up at this stage, but I’m determined to see justice served.

Please people do not use Tiomarkets for a broker this company is not professional when it comes to real concerns. Like my e-transfer I didn't received from them to my banking of $100. All I got was email run arounds (Tiomarkets support and Gigadat). Tiomarkets live chat same issue.

I signed up with TioMarkets after a horrible experience with my prior broker. The experience has been excellent. As a Forex broker,TioMarkets gives great accessibility to FX markets, even for smaller traders like me thanks to their allowance of small Lots.In addition, what really surprised me was their quality of customer service, especially being accessable for any queries. Their customer support team has always been incredibly helpful, any problem I've had has more often than not been resolved. On top of all this, Mr Muta 's educational videos and continues market analysis are very helpful to be developed as a profitable trader.

I would absolutely recommend Tiomarkets as a broker to anyone considering taking up FX trading seriously.

Have spoken to a number of different brokers recently and most have been very helpful, but TIO Markets UK stand out above the rest, their customer support is immediate ,they go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied and understand everything when opening my account .
The spreads and execution are as good as any.

I've been trading for years with multiple regulated brokers, but I stay with TIOmarkets because of their raw spreads, no commissions & multiple instruments to trade with. They are an MT4 broker like many others, but their trading conditions are VERY good.

I have been with TIOmarkets since it first launched and I stay with them because they are consistently low-cost. Their service is round-the-clock and their VIP Black account is $0 commissions with raw spreads. Trading is a risky hobby, there is no doubt if you don't know what you're doing that you can lose your investment. But if your broker supports you as this one does, then there is no reason not to have an excellent experience.
