Scam

Scam much? Isnt it lovely how you don't mention anything about money or fund raising until AFTER you take our information. You go on to say, in order to get a cape, we have to fundraise?

You clearly state that "Every child who is nominated will receive a cape" -IG Ad

Once your information is taken, "it's like a mini GoFundMe with a $50 goal" -quoted from Founder of TinySuperHeros, video

You took my personal information and diagnosis info from my children. After you ask for money to get the cape...

I totally understand that, this wasn't going to be free, nothing ever is, but to be fished into a lie, is what I don't like. Honestly if you would have told me this from the start, I would have felt better about it, been excited to fundraise, but no. You lied. Business relations are a no go. Why would I promote a company that tricked me into joining them? You already took my info, now it's my responsibility to protect those around me, and NOT allow them to fund this site.

I’m not sure

I signed my daughter up years ago since she was born at 24 weeks premature with multiple issues. We were later at 4 diagnosed with autism and adhd. She also has asthma and some other sensory issues. We’ve raised quite a bit of money for these guys. We’ve spent on patches and have gone through heck at times to get them. There was often shipping issues or issues with them never being received. My child never received once has been on a card for them or received any kind of mention. The capes are okay but like the other person said, they are pretty cheap and the patches don’t iron on right. Also, If you have a child with autism then these capes are big comfy by any means

The quality of the capes are poor

The quality of the capes are poor, they fray at the neck piece. The patches are not stitched on and it looked embarrassing with just the letter plainly ironed on. It would look better if sewn and outlined. I ordered over $100 worth of patches at the same time as the cape, assuming that they would attach the patches to the cape and they did not. We ironed the patches on, and they fell off in less than a day, with several of them not staying and the others lifting up at the seems already. The cape is not comfortable to be worn due to the construction of the neck and the weight of the cape pulling on the neck of the child, making them feel choked. If my son does wear it, he has to wear the cape portion in the front to avoid the weight against his neck. The patches themselves have visual appeal but do not stay adhered. And for the almost $200 I spent, while the concept is great, the quality, materials, customer services of applying the patches, and the safety and comfort of wearing are extremely lacking to the point that it has been a waste of money on our already tight medically complex budget.
