I ordered at wool coat. Original price was around 300.00 - on sale for 75.00 ish. it took over a month to arrive. It is such poor quality. I want to return it - and just heard from Trumaison that all returns are to their "European Warehouse". My coat needs to go to Portugal (it was made in China) for a refund. What a scam.

I purchased what was advertised as a stained glass books lamp for approximately $40 USD. The item I received was made of a colored plastic similar to the plastic that strawberries are packaged, with a quarter sized dim light in the bottom. No stained glass anywhere. To return the item, I would have to pay shipping costs to “our warehouse in Portugal”
