Slow, ponderous and ultimately useless - flat purchase collapsed over an EWS1 certificate for an unclad 3 story building - still no explanation as to why it applied in this case (possibly because it didn’t) other than some noise about representing the lender. Now harassing me through a debt collector over a disputed invoice. Just very very poor - use another solicitors, these guys are cowboys.
I have recently sold a property and Sophie managed the conveyancing process for me. It was a difficult sale for me but she understood and was immediately reassuring and promised she would make the process as painless as possible. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable with a very human touch. And also very efficient. She got on with everything from her side promptly, and we did everything needed rapidly and comprehensively. She explained everything very well to me and listened to my concerns. There were delays and issues from the buyer side, but Sophie did everything in her power to continue to drive everything forward and we were always ahead of the game. I would certainly use Sophie again, a real gem.
