Very Disappointed
Ordered a watch that came with a 30% discount. The watch that I received was the wrong watch so called customer service who arranged a return label and told me they would be happy to give me the same discount if I reordered the watch again (apparently they don’t do exchanges, only refunds). After being put on hold for too long, they eventually sent me an email with a code for a 25% discount as they “don’t have the 30% off”. I can allow mistakes being made in sending the wrong watch, but to not offer the same discount for a replacement is beyond disappointing. Recent reviews and average score tell you all you need to know about Timex.

After having been seriously let down by the Timex distributor in Hong Kong, I reached out to Timex International (USA) for relief. They went out of their way to not only help me with what had gone wrong, i.e., a simple watch crystal that, for some reason, could not be replaced, but exceeded my expectations, set things right, and made me whole. While I probably wont buy another Timex in Hong Kong due to the agent's shocking service, I will remain a loyal fan of Timex and would gladly buy one again elsewhere. shipped returned watch instead of brand new one
customer service was good as far as refund. they sent me a pan-am watch supposedly brand new. it had no papers, pamphlet. and the watch attached to pillow, when i open box the watch was sideways on a pillow, nothing else. the indiglo light didn't work. i didn't try anything else. this was a returned item they sent me. on the return address they tried cutting off the return part but i could see it. i hate getting returned items, so much of it lately. i'll never look at timex watches again. thats how i'll treat sellers that tell me i'm stupid
One star is too generous
One star is too generous. Never received my watch. One person from customer service said the watch will be returned to sender I will receive a refund. - they stopped responding. Another person said they have to launch an investigation that takes 10 “business” days that requires my ID. 10 days later, they tell me the image of my ID is corrupted and ask for another image. I was already hesitant on doing that. My fault for even sending it in the first place

Watch broke down after few months. Customer service is absolutely terrible!! DO NOT BUY HERE. I live in the Nehterlands and Timex is requesting me to send the watch to Italy for repair, on my own costs!
The watch is still covered by Timex warranty. Additionally, by law (applicable consumer protection laws) if a product is found to be faulty, Timex is legally obliged to
• Offer a free repair,
• Offer a free replacement, or
• Provide a refund
It is illegal to charge the customer for any costs associated with these remedies. Therefore, the proposed solution is unsatisfactory.

Never got my money back and will never buy something there again
Did make a return, but never got my money back. Did write to company several times, and was even in contact with somebody who did promise to help me. But nothing happend.

Watches never shipped
Watches never shipped. "Customer service" says to simply wait. There is no warning on their website that there could be shipping delays. My order still says it will be delivered within 10 days, but it's been weeks and the order is just "confirmed" and my credit card charged. I have to fight with my bank for the refund since Timex won't do anything. I tried to leave a review on their site, but there's no option to do so, which makes it seem like their reviews are faked.

While the watch does keep ticking , the timex company is outdated. The service is horrific from the ordering process to “non specific” continually delayed delivery times. It was ordered july 2 and is still being “processed in the warehouse” 3 weeks later with no sign of pending delivery. Definitely rethink this brand whose time has definitely come
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Avoided responding to complaint and unhelpful when finally replied. Damaged watch strap after minimal use, which they refused to deal with. Not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. My intention is to sue them. Avoid, save your time and money. Go somewhere reputable.

Starting to wonder if I got scammed by Timex? Placed my order on May 22nd. Was given a USPS tracking number. Wait...wait...item hasn't moved. Contact customer service who gives me an UPS tracking number.
So, 2 different tracking numbers, showing 2 different locations and nothing has moved since May 25th. Says item is to be delivered by Monday, June 10th. Guess if it's not there I report them for fraud.
