I would give 0 stars if it was an option

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do not use Timex.EU!
I paid for my watch, received the wrong tracking information (non-existent tracking reference linking to DHL Philippines). Absolutely horrendous customer service - they took days to reply.
Had to raise a dispute with my card company and then eventually received a reply from Timex.EU to say my order had been misplaced/lost/unfulfilled - so it will be refunded. Do not use Timex.EU!

Awful Customer Experience

According to the delivery policy, orders made by the 17th of December would be delivered by the 23rd of December. As the status of my order kept as "Preparing" I sent an email to Timex Customer Service. The response was clarifying but besides not meeting delivery times, I received an email indicating that my order has been cancelled... Awful customer experience from the moment the watch was purchased.

I feel disapointed and unhappy.

Timex Watch broke after 2 wears

Timex Watch broke after wearing it 2 times (2 months after purchase).
Timex customer support is slow and not helpful. We were put into contact with their European repair shop in Naples. Our call to them lasted 19 seconds which consisted of "No English" and they disconnected.
Back and forth emailing led to nothing. The watch was purchased for a relative visiting and they would soon go abroad again, so time was of the essence. Timex refused any replacement and insisted on sending it for repair. After our experience with the repair shop, we gave up.

I will never buy from Timex again and urge you not to. Nice watches, but as soon as something goes wrong, you've lost your watch, money, and valuable time.

No refund!!!

I bought a watch with a dutch iban bank account, i transfered the money, and they realy just dont give my 70 euros back. This after 20 emails... I realy dont understand this company.... the watch was out of stock, money gone...

Poor quality product with defects

The watch I bought was Expedition Field Chronograph. It looked good and suited my needs. That's about all that was positive to this watch. I was impressed with the sapphire lens and the chronograph at this price. I decided to buy it after looking at it and reading information on a local online forum. There, the Timex brand was praised and recommended as a quality manufacturer. After unpacking, I immediately noticed two scratches on the top of the watch, which are visible and annoying. Considering that I haven't even used the watch yet, this couldn't have been damage from use. In fact, it looks like part of the metal has chipped off. This indicates poor quality of the material. I didn't expect something like that from this brand. It looks more like a characteristic of a cheap Chinese plastic watch. This was my first and last Timex watch I bought!

AI support worked like a charm

I placed an order, my card got charged but I didn’t receive any confirmation by email about successfully placing an order. I used a support form which was responded by an AI agent within one minute. It gave me all the information I wanted in an exact manner. The order got shipped. All is cool!

Broken watch after 4 months and they want me to pay shipping to have it fixed

Bought a watch 4 months ago. The watch movement showed problems after 3 months of buying - the day wheel seems to be broken and doesn't work. Timex said I should send it to their servicing partner in Italy (I am in Portugal) and I should be the one paying for the shipping to have it fixed. The watch is obviously under warranty.

When I asked them about where they policy stated that they just apologized but kept the same speech.

Unacceptable policy. The watch cost me 100eur 4 months ago and now I'd have to pay over 20eur just for shipping to have my watch fixed.

I didn't accept it. Fortunately I had bought the watch through a third party and they just accepted it back and offered me a full refund.

Timex, never again! They lost a client forever.

Dreadful customer support

I've ordered a watch for Christmas, and the delivery failed because their system somehow communicated the wrong address to DHL.
I've had to fix the address directly with DHL, but the way their customer support has handled this whole situation is simply unnaceptable, ghosting me for weeks on end, and giving no valid reason for their mistake.
I would strongly advise against buying from this brand on their website.

Absolutely brutal customer service set…

Absolutely brutal customer service set up. I ordered a watch on Jan 1st .
Emailed customer service 3 times and on each occasion got a return mail saying the query ‘ had been passed on to the team and they would do their best to provide further assistance’

They actually said in each of the mails they would ‘do their best’. Never got any reply with information regarding despatch.

Rang customer service today, which it turns out is based in the USA.

He checked his computer and said it had been despatched yet . Which was the reasonI was contacting them in the first place.

The agent said he’d email the warehouse and they normally get back within 48 hours 😂😂, which is basically what the emails all said.

I insisted he ring the warehouse and he supposedly did, telling me that shipment of orders was only resuming today after Christmas.
I was ok with that at least it was some information and I now knew.

It was bull, I got an email this evening, about 12 hours later telling me the item was not in stock.

I’ve lost 10 days because they accepted an order for something they had not in stock and are not organised entirely pass this information on to me in a timely manner.

Worst customer service for a while and don’t know how they can survive operating like this.

Still want a watch but wouldn’t even consider another Timex. How could you trust the quality of their products when their customer service is so substandard.

Definitely would not recommend, based on my experience 😭

Shambolic customer service

I ordered a watch online a week last Saturday and received a confirmation email saying I would receive a subsequent email when the watch was shipped, giving me a tracking number. No such email arrived so on Thursday I called the customer service number and was told the watch had been shipped and was given a tracking number for DHL but told the number was not recognised on DHL's website. The guy said I needed to contact DHL about it. I politely told him that was a ridiculous suggestion given what he had just told me and I had no other information to go on to start investigating with DHL. It was left that he would investigate the matter with the Timex EU warehouse in the Netherlands and report back to me. I received an email from him the next day informing me he had been unable to get a response from the warehouse. By this stage, I had lost confidence in Timex due to its poor organisation. I have never known anything like this when ordering items online and to experience such poor organisation from a long established company like Timex was disconcerting. So I sent an email requesting that the order be cancelled even though their company policy precludes this. I have not previously experienced being unable to cancel an order before it is shipped.

To my surprise, the watch was delivered by DHL today. The watch itself looks correct, as per the photos on the Timex website and is probably fine. However, there are a couple of things about it I am not keen on, namely the dial legibility and strap length. But more importantly I have lost confidence in Timex as a brand and will be returning the watch.

The negative comments on here do not surprise me given my experience with Timex's customer service. Timex is making some nice looking watches but letting itself down big time on the customer service front.

Contacted Timex every day over 2 weeks- only response was they were passing my concern to the “relevant” department
Nice watch, appalling customer service if there is an issue

I brought a Timex Tw2v64300QY watch…

I brought a Timex Tw2v64300QY watch (mechanical). The first time I tried to ajust the watch the crown and stem came out of the watch. I am now having a Hard time getting costumer service to understand that I want to return the watch and get a refund. There wasn't a return label with the watch when it was delivered. I can't understand that a big company like Timex.com can have succes a bad costumers service. Please don't buy a .New watch at Timex.eu Best regards Carsten

Don't EVER bother buying here

Don't EVER bother buying here. There isn't anyone there to help you if there's a problem with your purchase. I bought last Friday a watch from the website and I am still waiting for the tracking number. I tried to contact them through email, chat, phone... But it seems that they lack of customer service!!

CLUELESS!!!

I have purchased 2 watches previously from Timex.eu without a problem. My latest purchase though has been lost or mislaid by DHL France ( I have left a review ) and I have sent them a demand for reimbursement. DHL informed me to contact the supplier, who is in Holland, to demand reimbursement from DHL Holland as they were the initial carrier. The Timex customer service 'advisor' gave DHL the wrong information and subsequently I am still trying to get them to be cooperative in solving this matter. At the end of the day I am out of pocket through total incompetence and the people these companies employ are totally CLUELESS!!!

Finally got round to finishing the review.

Ok, so the upshot of it all is that eventually the watch was delivered, no thanks to DHL, and upon first look I really liked it but then I noticed that the second hand did not hit a single indices through it's 60 second circuit, it was always in between them which annoyed me greatly, so I contacted Timex right away to informed them of the problem and they kindly supplied me with a returns label and hastened to add certain criteria about the return and the condition of the watch, I only had it for a day!! I had noticed on the paperwork that the watch originated from the Philippines so god only knows how old it was. I was also informed that as soon as they had received the watch it would be assessed and a refund issued, less postage. I was absolutely livid to say the least. Timex as a global entity is huge and there are separate subsidiaries in many countries, Timex EU has been earmarked in this review as not fit for purpose but the company must listen to the feedback and listen to the customer. So through no fault of my own I have lost out psychologically and physically. These companies are a law unto themselves and it's up to potential customers to use their feet and shop elsewhere!!

Can't complain when everything works

Can't complain when everything works. Got myself the TW2R47900. I got the order confirmation within minutes of payment and it shipped the day after with DHL Express, it arrived safely within a few days.

It's sad to see so many negative reviews. They nearly kept me from getting the piece I wanted but after some "research", I still went for it and I'm happy that I did. If I want another Timex I'll gladly order from them again.

Spotless communication and beautiful watch

I have to admit that I was very intimidated by all the other reviews - that right now just sound like someone payed them to trash talk Timex.eu.

I recently bought a watch during their sale and the customer service through email and instagram was spotless. The watch took 3/4 days to be shipped and delivery with DHL took 4 days. Overall 7 working days.

The watch arrived perfectly!

Timex.eu - SCAMMERS

Oh I wish I would read review first...
TIMEX.EU is a SCAM!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I fell for the discounts and purchased two watches, after a week of silence I've received a tracking number, eventually the package itself, but there were only ONE watch, the second was missing.

I've tried to call them, e-mail them, chat online - nothing! No response!

I am disgusted by such attitude to the clients...
and I will make sure, that as much people as possible will find out that Timex is scam!
